As per the national carrier, the server was down since 3 am because of which the carrier was unfit to issue tickets to travelers at air terminals over the world.
“The system has been reestablished. It has started working. We lament the burden that travelers needed to confront,” Air India director Ashwani Lohani was cited as saying by news organization PTI. “We are endeavoring to regularize every one of the flights throughout the afternoon. In any case, there would be some postponement of flights today. I am expecting a deferral of around two hours. Since in morning, the entire framework got bothered,” he included.
